Step 1: Activate online ordering on your Google Business Profile

Add your menu and the "Order Online" button. This allows your customers to place online orders through your website directly from Google, helping you save significantly on third-party commission fees.

Step 2: Customers search for your business and order online

Customers can browse your menu, select items, and place orders directly from your Google listing page.

Step 3: Choose Takeout or Delivery

Customers decide whether they want their food delivered or prefer to pick it up in-store. For delivery, they may select a preferred delivery service if multiple options are available.

Step 4: Increase your orders from Google
